Q:  How do I install a decal?
A:  Click here for full installation instructions.

Q:  How is pricing calculated?
A:  Pricing is based on size, material, quantity and design complexity.

Q:  Why does the vinyl colour not match what is on the computer?
A:  Images on the screen are a digital representation of the vinyl colour.  This may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.   

Q:  Do I have to order online?
A:  No!  Feel free to contact us by phone or email to place an order!

Graphic & Other Services

Q:  Can you do graphic / artwork for a design or new logo if I don’t have one?
A:  Yes, once you have provide us with some information we will be able to send you a design quote.  Once approved, we’ll get to work and send you a few different options.  Adjustments & fine details can be made from there!

Q:  Do you offer decal installation services?
A:  Decal installation is available, however the cost will greatly depend on your location & our travel expenses from St. Marys, Ontario.  Feel free to request that you’re interested in installation when you order & we will provide you a quote based on your shipping address.

Payment & Shipping

Q:  How can I pay for my order?
A:  Once you’re ready to pay for the order most online customers pay via a custom PayPal link that we will email you.  You do not need a PayPal account to process the payment as they accept major Credit Cards.  Feel free to contact us if you prefer to pay by another method.

Q:  How are products delivered & how do shipping fees work?
A:  Products are delivered via courier.  Fees are estimated & added to your total before you approve your order.

Q:  Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
A:  Yes, you can upgrade to expedited shipping on most deliveries just let us know.  Extra shipping fees will be passed on to the customer.
